The 2016 Windows to the West Art Show and Sale convenes more than 50 of the country's top contemporary Western heritage artists in one of the most beautiful mountain settings in America at the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.  The three-day sale and exhibition in Estes Park, Colorado, June 3-5, showcases more than 200 new pieces of art, with rich opportunities to meet the artists and discuss their unique depictions of Western landscapes, wildlife and traditional Western American life.  Windows to the West is a charitable benefit event sponsored by the Estes Park Western Heritage Foundation.


Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program for Non-profit Service Organizations 

 Receive 10 Percent of Art Show Sales

The third annual Windows to the West Art Show & Sale, to be held June 2-4 at the Estes Park Events Complex, is offering non-profit service organizations ten percent (10%) of the sale price of original art purchased under a new Affiliate Program.

The Windows to the West art show is presented by the Estes Park Western Heritage Foundation as a principal fundraising event supporting its mission to preserve and promote the Western heritage of Estes Valley in art, education, and culture.

The Windows to the West Affiliate Program is open to non-profit community service organizations that regularly communicate with a network of at least 20 current supporters—members, volunteers, or benefactors.  Its generous benefits for affiliates include:

  • Ten percent (10%) of the price of original artwork purchased by your supporters from the show gallery will be contributed to your organization by the Western Heritage Foundation.
  • Discounted admission fee for the Gala opening Friday evening, June 2--a celebratory event for your board, benefactors or outstanding volunteers, where buying artwork supports your organization.

Receive $1000 or more if even five or six of your supporters buy artwork under the Affiliate Program, based on last year's average purchase price at the show.

Affiliates simply are required to promote the art show and the benefits from the affiliate program in regular communications with the organization’s network of supporters.  Affiliates also agree to organize participation by at least ten of their supporters at the show’s Saturday afternoon education program, although broader participation is encouraged.  With greater appreciation of the art, supporters are more likely to purchase artwork and benefit your organization.

The education program, led by the show’s curator, will introduce the history of Western fine art in Estes Park and its characteristics in different media and styles, with expert presentations, artist demonstrations and audience interaction.

The art show will provide each affiliate a custom identifying certificate that is to be included as a graphic image in the organization’s communications with its supporters.  If the affiliate’s certificate is presented when purchasing art at the show, ten percent (10%) of the pre-tax price will be credited for contribution to the affiliate organization as part of the Foundation’s annual giving program. 

The Estes Park Western Heritage Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) organization founded with the vision of a community where everyone understands and appreciates the rich Western heritage of Estes Valley and the many opportunities to continue to learn about its heritage.

A portion of all art sales revenues from the show support the Foundations’s operations and charitable giving and may be tax deductible.
